First time engaging this Plumber. Found them through an article on Google. Unlike most other highly recommended ones which takes forever to respond and through WhatsApp at that...K. Heng is like a breath of fresh air. No waiting for a reply via WhatsApp....the owner actually pick up the call himself. Vincent is very responsive and quoted me the price range on the phone which is reasonable and within my budget. On the day of inspection Vincent is punctual and will give me an update on his arrival time. Upon checking, it is confirm that the previous plumber indeed did not sealed the pan collar properly and probably did not use a brand new trap during the installation. Vincent pointed out several other issues with the toilet bowl installation and proceeded to re-sealed my bowl. He even took the initiative to clean up the ugly silicon seal left behind by the other plumber. Once he is done, the smell is gone completely. This has been a few days and I decided to leave this review for others who needs a trustable plumber. I am gonna keep Vincent's business card (sticking on my fridge now!) in case I need any plumbing help.Highly recommended! (this is not a sponsored or relatives/friends post )

Darren came on site to assess the situation of our common toilet leaking into downstairs neighbor’s toilet. He gave his recommendations.
